We offer short term rental in warmer seasons (May-September) and typically have a long term renter from October-April.

The only products we allow our cleaners to use is Branch Basics. We use different concentrations for different areas (i.e., we use a stronger concentration of Branch Basics in the bathroom and a weaker concentration for general cleaning). The only other product that we allow is Molly’s Suds unscented laundry detergent for use in the washing machine. We do not allow dryer sheets in our dryers.

Furniture is appropriate for the home. Couch covers are washed regularly. Throw pillows are replaced each season as they can’t be cleaned.
