Yes, furniture was purchased in 2018. Looks like new, in excellent condition, and no off-gassing.

Wool carpet in the bedroom, vinyl in the bath and downstairs. There is a jute area rug downstairs.
No off-gassing – all has been in place for 7+ years.

There is NO WIFI signal coming into the premises. The entire home is hardwired for everything.

This is a quiet space in the woods, by a stream, on a couple of acres, that backs up to more acreage… in a neighborhood, and conveniently located near town, yet a private sanctuary to retreat in.
