Do you want to explore and experience some time based in the beautiful picturesque Forth Road Bridge town of South Queensferry, just outside Scotland’s capital Edinburgh?
End of June, July and August 2025 (possibly September & October) 2025
We would like to give the opportunity to an MCS family to stay, enjoy and explore South Queensferry and beyond. For example, the East Coast journey from Edinburgh to Aberdeen by rail is quite spectacular, with lots of beauty spots along the way to get off and explore or simply relax and enjoy the whole coastal journey.
• Myself & my mother have MCS ourselves — no fragrance used in home
• Stay based in a house with direct views of World Heritage Site- Forth Road Bridge
• South Queensferry itself is steeped in fascinating history, reflected in the beautiful architecture
• Boat trips from South Queensferry are walking distance (about 15-20 minutes for walkers) from the house to the port, visiting the little islands between Edinburgh and Fife
• House is a short walk 250m to High Street, restaurants, cafes, galleries, and shops
• Bus stop is opposite house leading to Historic Edinburgh City Centre
• Lovely 50-minutes journey to Edinburgh city centre by bus
• Great regular bus service
• Train station 10 minutes away
• Local supermarket with Post Office 15 minutes away
• 200m from friendly public library with computers
• Small front and back private gardens
• 3 bedrooms (One room has bridge views, the others have two lovely garden views)
• Large living room
• Upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet
• 1 well-equipped kitchen
