Kitchen: Cleaned with anti-bacterial Seventh Generation general cleaner, Seventh Generation disinfectant spray (lavender), vinegar and water, and hydrogen peroxide.

Shower: Seventh Generation anti-bacterial shower spray

Carpet: No carpeting

Laundry Detergent: Seventh Generation, Method, and Eco, all fragrance-free

Dishwasher Detergent: Always have one fragrance-free dish soap and one with lavender scent. SOS pads under the sink, sometimes used on pots and pans.

Hand Soap: Fragrance-free hand soaps in two bathrooms and lavender Method hand soap in the kitchen (lavender one can be put away and replaced with fragrance-free).

Shampoo/Conditioner? Both Whole Foods 365 lavender and fragrance-free.

Other cleaning supplies: Dawn dish soap under the kitchen sink for poison ivy exposure.

What type of animals are permitted? Guests cannot bring animals, but the owner brings a dog and cat at times when they stay. Animals stay on the first floor. Not a good place if you have animal allergies.

Please provide additional information if needed: The basement is musty, but not moldy. We do not get water in basement, but run a dehumidifier 24/7 in basement to decrease dampness, especially in summer. No mold in house.

There is an art studio in the house upstairs on the second floor near the bedrooms. In the studio are plastic bins containing acrylic paint, oil pastels, pencils, watercolors, Sobo and Elmer’s glue, and tape. There are no chalk pastels as the owner is allergic.
