There is a whole house filter. In June, the water was professionally tested, and the results showed it was exceptional water.

One in the living room and one in an upstairs window.

When was the filter last cleaned?
Fall of 2024, when the season was done, we ran the fan of the AC units for several hours to dry the interior before taking them out of the window and storing them. The filters were cleaned and dried thoroughly, too.

When were the HVAC ducts cleaned?
January 2024-ish.

There is a wood stove; however, since we bought the home in 2024, it has never been used.

Upstairs is only heated by the rise of the heat downstairs. It is very sufficient.

Mattresses were bought in May 2024.

Variety of pillows. Some are from Nectar, others are unknown brands.

Sheets and pillowcases are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. Towels are cotton.

Brand unknown. The master bedroom comforter is organic cotton – OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.

The sofa is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 (possibly from Pottery Barn). Other furniture is older and well off-gassed.

There is only a little carpeting in the upstairs bedroom, and it is well off-gassed.

I could provide Ethernet cables for your computer.

No, but they say we will be getting one at some point. UGH!!!

No

As we are VERY “allergic” to these things, we have not used ANY since we bought the house in April 2024. Before that, the home was an estate for a year.

Nothing is new like that.

There is a $2,500 dehumidifier that we had installed in June 2024, along with additional drainage ditches that attach to the sump well. While water is inevitably going to get into the basement of this old home, we have made sure it goes right back out. We also sprayed 35% vinegar in August 2024 on all surfaces in the basement to kill any mold that may have been in there.
