We sanitize the jet tub system after every guest with a special cleaner that dissipates quickly. We do a thorough clean of the cabin after every guest. Garbage can liners are fragrance-free as well. We are pet-free and smoke-free. It is always a good idea to mention the need for fragrance-free when booking just so we can be extra aware when preparing for that guest’s stay.

We have 5 different beds with varying firmness. All beds have been encased to reduce allergens as well as having an added mattress protector.

Pillow Information:
Various kinds of pillows, all encased in protective allergen-reducing encasements and then pillowcases.

Sheets and Pillowcases:
Majority of bedding is cotton or microfiber/cotton blend.

Comforters and Blankets:
All comforters seem to be a cotton-like material. They only lay on top of the bed for daytime. The blankets on the beds are microfiber.

The furniture in the house is wood and fabric. They have been in use at least 5 years.

Upstairs has LVP flooring throughout. Downstairs has cement floors with 3 area rugs in good condition. Downstairs bathroom has ceramic tile floors.

Our home is a hewn log cabin, made from many renewables. We recycle as possible.

We believe that during the energy inspection we had done last year that any mold issues would have been brought to light.
