Bed, tables, and dresser are all solid oak, newly refinished in 2023. Love seat and chair are upholstered, like new but several years old. Island seating is leather and about a year old.

No domestic animals have ever entered the premises. Incoming air passes through a MERV 8/14 filter. Internal air is HEPA filtered.
